In this video, I share which motor choice we prefer and show why. This model started out as a Typhon 3s…(anyone could easily build the same using a Senton or BigRock v3).
~The build is complete, the shocks, differentials, driveshafts, chassis and tires are all “dialed in” and has been “ok” running on the stock 3200kv motor.
*The stock motor is really over worked and runs too hot to perform the way we want….SO, I share a couple of affordable options that work for our needs.
**In other Arrma builds that I have done, I have upgraded the motor to a larger can size. The results were entertaining. Crazy power, mad wheelies, truly over powering the model.
~This is NOT what we are after. We want the model fast as can be in a short blast. We want the model planted and under control when nailing the throttle. This set up is realistic for our use…
