🤔VACBIRD FILAMENT VACUUM PUMP UNBOXING / INITIAL REVIEW. Initial unboxing impressions. Pump worked well and bags seems to be heavy duty. The bags are double sealed and seem to hold vacuum. I will have to see if bags hold up in the coming months. I will update product impression in a couple of months in the description.
Comes with:
1x vacuum pump / storage bag
3x sealing clips
3x 14 .1" x 12.6" resealable bags - I did like this one
3x 17.7" x 12.6" resealable bags - I didn't like this one
-*Review Update 4/28/2021*-
Vacuum pump is good, but found the bags do not hold seal even with double seal. Especially with the single bags where the fitting is not positioned well for a filament roll. This makes the bag crinkle up in a bad position where the double seal entry warps. Again making the seal weak. It's probably better to get a food vaccum sealer like this GERYON Vacuum Sealer Machine - https://amzn.to/3xvplXC and get a good seal. It's the bag that are defective. Not the pump.
