Bear Scare
I awoke one morning to find this bear on our deck. It's a black bear, and its obviously pretty hungry. It was also apparently not too afraid of us peeking out the windows and making noise. We've had bears before, but they were always very skiddish. Luckily our beastly labradoodle, Kimball, scared the bear senseless after I failed to do so. Enjoy the close up video of a natural bear encounter. This all took place in rural Vermont. Please forgive the poor camera focus at some points.
