I count about 28 seconds 1st attempt which includes the spin up of the EXT drive which can slow startup by a couple sec.
I counted 26 sec for the restart since the ext drive is already running
Considering this uses a 5400RPM Hard Drive, It's rather quick. It will make do for now I guess.
