Amazing cherry blossom trees at Moto Arakawa River (shot on BMPCC6K)
These footage was shot on April 2, 2022, along Moto Arakawa River in Fukiage, Konosu City, Saitama Prefecture.
Along the approximately 2.5 km stretch of Moto Arakawa River, which flows quietly through a tranquil residential area, there are about 500 cherry blossom trees in a row. The beautiful cherry blossoms line both sides of the river, creating a long cherry blossoms tunnel.
If you visit Moto Arakawa River, you'll find a promenade where you can enjoy a leisurely walk under the cherry blossom tunnel. The reflection of the cherry blossoms on the surface of the river is undoubtedly the best feature of this cherry blossom avenue in Fukiage, Konosu City.
Moto Arakawa River is shallow and flows slowly, with stepping stones placed here and there to help you to cross the river and take pictures of the cherry blossom tunnel from above.
The cherry blossom season in Tokyo is expected to be declared next week, and we can look forward to full bloom in the following week. I just can't wait to capture the beauty of the cherry blossoms this year.
