Quick Pickled Veg in the Thermomix using our WunderSlicer Thermo Cutter & Slicer
I have been such a fan of quick pickles for years, slicing up red onion, cucumber, radishes, beetroot, carrots... you name it, I've pickled it! But what has recently got me so excited about pickling all over again is the addition of my WunderSlicer Thermo Cutter & Slicer to my Thermomix machine - I can now prepare my vegetables perfectly in a matter of mere minutes! I love it.
