Hysterectomy Informed Consent Hearing Pt. II
Women testified before the Health Committee in Indiana about the need for information about the consequences of hysterectomy. One out of three women are hysterectomized by age 60 in the USA, and virtually no woman is given information about the lifelong functions of the female organs and the consequences of their removal.
