A relaxed introduction to the linux command line for biologists
I'm helping teach the UW MCB Tools for Computational Biology course (https://github.com/fredhutchio/tfcb_2020) and this will be a live demo/explanation of how to use the command line in linux from scratch.
I'll be joined by MCB Director Nina Salama (https://www.fredhutch.org/en/faculty-...) who will make sure I don't deviate too much into jargon!
