TEST AFS WILD : NEW WING
A quick stop at the Quai 34 Champigny store to pick up my AFS Foils WILD 7.2 wing, ordered two days prior, and then immediately tested it in Jablines in 10-17 knot winds.
The WILD is truly fantastic…very rigid, everything is controlled by the arms (I think I'll switch to a harness)…No deformation when pumping, the wingtips don't bend in gusts, parallel to the water they don't dig in if you hit something; very compact, it turns effortlessly in the jibe; the leech doesn't flap upwind or in high winds; a wide wind range.
In short, I'm sold…can't wait to receive the 5.2 and test this 7.2 wing in light wind.
