Analog stick drift on Xbox One controllers can make gaming frustrating. In this video we replace the worn‑out joysticks on an Xbox One controller with new modules to eliminate drift and restore precise control. We show how to disassemble the controller, remove the motherboard, desolder the faulty joystick units and solder in new analog sticks.
