Welcome to my support video. In this video i will show you how to set up your camera system with a SN number (p2p)
Click on the camera app called DMSS.
We are now on the start page of the camera app.
Then click on the plus icon in the top right corner.
Click on the first option that says serial number/scan.
Either you can scan the QR code or type it manually,
We will type it manually here.
I have my serial number ready and will enter it
Click on next.
Here you choose which device you have connected, in this setup we have a NVR.
Here is the setup page for our information that will connect us to the box.
As you can see, the username and serial number are automatically entered for us.
We type in a device name, it is optional, we call it e.g. home.
As standard, the username is "admin" which you set up on the NVR the first time, leave it unless you have created another user you want to give access to.
We enter the unique code we created on the NVR and it must be 100% correct or it will give an error message.
You can see what you have typed in the code on the right side of the password line and you have 5 attempts.
If you enter the code incorrectly 5 times, you will need to restart your NVR and you will have 5 new attempts.
When we have filled out this information, click on SAVE in the top right corner.
Then I will get my cameras up that are connected to my NVR.
I can double-click on the individual cameras and zoom in with my fingers.
I would like to see the quality in the main stream so I click on the SD icon.
Here you can see the image becomes sharp and is displayed in the main stream.
The system is typically recording in mainstream.
You do not need to worry about your recordings, they are saved in the main stream.
If you have microfon on your camera, you can klik here for test it.
Here you can choose more screens 4,9 or 16 windows.
I only have one camera connected in this case.
Depending on which screen you are streaming with, streaming 16 screens can put some strain on the phone.
Otherwise, it works really well normally, if everything runs smoothly.
You can also rotate your phone.
And get a wide angle picture.
That's how we set up our NVR for the first time with the mobile app.
Now it is set up and we close the app and reopen it to show how to play live view.
As you can see on the front page of the DMSS app, our setup is saved and I can click on play to view the live stream.
So we get live view up front.
Now the setup is saved on your phone app and you can use it with just a few clicks.
