Kareteci Kiz (Karate Girl, 1973)
From the 1973 Turkish movie “Kareteci Kız” (“Karate Girl”). The screams were added later for comedy value apparently but the death scene hasn’t been doctored. The scene has been dubbed “the worst movie death scene ever.”
