2 plastic demo runs by the Selexx Pal from Omnitech Systems
Material thickness 1/4" and one 3/4" sized to .65, type polyethalene PET, and feeds .65 material 2-passes at 250 per min at 14k rpm and 1/2 same with one pass could have done 3/4 in one pass but limited on material we were conservative not to gum it up. PET being a oil based material could have been cut at 18k at 400-450.
