Homemade Nerf Shotgun Completed Build
Completed build for the "1/2 Pipe Dream," a homemade Nerf Shotgun. This started out as a double barrel but the right side was scrapped. For my first homemade, its not too shabby. I forget some of the length numbers, I've been working on this one on and off for a while. Here are the specs:
Spring: 11kg (4"x1") from Home Depot
Plunger bore: 2"
Plunger stroke: 3" (give or take)
Plunger head: Skirted
Plunger inner body: 1 1/2" bore x 9(?)" I forget the exact length.
Sear/Trigger: A bastardized combo of Aeromech's Sear design ( • Sear Carbine Homemade Nerf Blaster Full Tu... ) and the catch from a Nerf Fortnite TS.
Capacity: 1 shell (x4 darts)
Shell outer barrel: 1 1/2" x 3 1/2"
Shell chambers: 1/2" x 3"
