Create an extract Dataraptor to retrieve Contacts (3 of 8)
This video demonstrates how to create an extract Dataraptor to return Contacts based on values entered in an OmniScript. I'll also show you how to create a COUNTQUERY formula to return the number of results. This count will be used to determine whether a single match has been made, or whether a new Contact needs to be created.
