Use JING, a free software download from Techsmith to create screen captures and screencast movies up to 5 minutes for free. Also, create a free screencast.com account and upload your screen shots or screencast for free. They give you free storage up to 2G. If you run out of space, just delete old files to make room or get their paid storage - it's cheap. I also use their paid version called Snagit and pay for storage at screencast.com since I use this so much. Best tool ever!
