PROUD, IMPORTANT, SMART
Do you consider yourself more successful, more beautiful or smarter than someone else? If so, then it is worth thinking about your spiritual state.
"Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father but is of the world. And the world is passing away with its lust, but he who does the will of God abides forever." (1 John 2:15-17)
Among the sins listed by the Apostle Paul is the pride of life. This is excessive self-conceit and arrogance in relation to others.
What should you do if pride has penetrated your heart, and how can you protect yourself from this sin? no
1. Be aware of yourself before God, not before people, do not compare yourself with others.
2. It is the constant feeling of God's presence in life that will help you never be proud.
3. You need to do everything for the glory of God!
And also remember: pride ends sooner or later, but life with God does not!
