Oven Baked Fried Chicken is possibly the easiest and tastiest main dish I have ever made. The real trick is to leave the chicken alone to bake in the oven for 60-90 minutes. Sooooo easy! Once you have prepared it and put it in the oven just LEAVE IT ALONE! You will love it!
Oh! If I didn't mention it in the video...One thing I LOVE to do is baste the chicken 20-30 minutes before it is done. This makes it EXTRA CRISPY and super flavorful!
