A filler video while Im in the process of making my paper...
A small detour into Abstract Algebra and Topology by talking about the Rubik's Cube, its puzzle, and associated Group. The video is not entirely about the puzzle, but the astonishing way the logic to approaching the puzzle is synonymous to how mathematicians solve seemingly impossible problems.
Huge thanks to J Perm for opening my eyes to the wonders (and pains) of solving Rubik's Cube puzzles! Undoubtedly, his most basic but fundamental method, the CFOP, is my favorite method as its robust and helps me get through tricky scenarios with the cube.
