#11 Breeding Analytics Pipeline: Calculating Predicted Genetic Gains
In this video we show how to calculate predicted genetic gain using the results from a multi-trial analysis and the year of origin of the germplasm uploaded in the pedigree information. We discuss the resulting metrics such as selection intensity, accuracy, cycle time and response to selection.
