Sugar (optional) - 1/3 tsp.
Apple - 1 pc.
Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp.
Red onion - 1 pc.
Parsley - a couple of sprigs
Dressing:
Unrefined vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Garlic - 1 clove
Ground black pepper - a pinch
Medium hot mustard - 1/2 tsp
