Epic Editing Challenge Entry - The Collective Editing Challenge: Timeless. This is my edit for the collective editing challenge. With my epic editing challenge entry, I was limited by a bug in The Collective's website which only gave me half of the footage originally provided. Not to complain though, this challenge made me really start thinking deeply about the shots I was given and how to weave them into a complete story. Even after receiving the other half of the footage I didn't want to change anything in my edit. I'm really glad I was able to do this epic editing challenge and grow my editing skills.
I do not own the footage in this edit. It was provided to me by The Collective (https://collective.lacie.com/contest/...) for use in an edit for their Epic Editing Contest. I am not making any money with this video public on my YouTube channel.
The ambient music track used in this edit was found at, http://freemusicarchive.org/music/Pod...
, and is under an Attribution-NonCommercial 3.0 International License. The only modifications to the track are: (1.) being cut at 2:15 and (2.) a 0:01 exponential fade was used at the 2:15 cut mark.
All the other music and sound effects used are from the YouTube audio library under "Attribution Not Required".
