Hello everyone
This video is demonstrated that how to do custom sub floor System for the basement.
We used Dunofoam 4x8x.75 for thermal break and 4x8x⅝ OSB( T and G) on the top. Got them from home depot link below:

This house is around one year old however has all the water and moisture barrier done by the builder. So there is no chances of any moisture.
