Project Overview:
Beework is an RPA+AI collaborative office software designed based on the SAAS framework, available in both mobile and desktop versions. Whether for small teams, medium-sized, or large enterprises, users can select or build an efficient office collaboration system tailored to their needs using the software's preset functions. Additionally, enterprises can integrate their own developed systems through ISV products.
Beework deeply integrates functions such as instant messaging, online project collaboration, work scheduling, performance tracking, data presentation, video conferencing, and cloud storage documents. Team members can conveniently plan and share project schedules, stay in sync with the team, organize meetings, and schedule projects. The desktop version features an AI robot assistant that can automate certain work processes by recording mouse and keyboard movements through the interactive interface, thus helping teams and enterprises establish intelligent working methods.
