A short review of Japanese made Charvel AR-070 from the "Ark" series used to be produced in the first half of 90's. Equipped with Jackson J80C and 2 x J100 pickups, which is typical "fat strat" configuration, Jackson JT590 (by Schaller) tremolo. Poplar body, maple neck with rosewood fingerboard. Delivers a dry sound which is compared with some SDK's by Charvel which had been made in the same period. Also in this series the models AR-090 SSH and AR-110 SSS had been produced.
