Pink Lake Western Australia (Drone Shots)
Pink Lake at Hutt Lagoon is in Western Australia (WA), on the way to Kalbarri National Park. The drone shot was taken in the afternoon. The lake looks beautifully pink when it is sunny. The best time to go to the pink lake is in the afternoon when the sun is up in the sky. It is no point going there in the morning because the pink lake does not look pink in the absence of sunlight. I guess this is more pink than Lonar lake in India.
I shot this video entirely with a drone. This place is about one hour and fifteen minutes drive from Geraldton Western Australia. Kalbarri town is about 35 minutes drive from this place. You can plan your trip in such a way that you visit this place either going to Kalbarri or returning from there towards Geraldton.
Other nearby places are Gregory, Northampton, Horrocks, and Nabawa. There is no pink lake near Perth. This pink lake is about 530 kilometers away from Perth, the capital of WA.
