Rainbow OR Rainbow + Holo? Easy mani for beginners & short nails!
These two nail art designs look complicated but it's actually not super hard. It's a little bit time consuming, but the rainbow effect is awesome. I used seven colors to create the perfect rainbow. But decided at the very end that this design needs some holographic touches. What do you think? Which one do you like?
