Parasite Eve's Most Hidden Super Tool
In Parasite Eve, the first time you enter the St Francis Hospital and enter the Basement, the first time you encounter the creature that shoots meatballs at you, if you destroy all the balls it shoots out, after defeating the creature, you can get a Super Tool. This can only be done once a playthrough.
