If you're asking what proximity chat does Hermitcraft use, this is it. This is also the Empires SMP proximity voice mod. It's called Simple Voice Chat, but most refer to it as proximity voice chat, and it's a Fabric voice chat mod. You will need a Fabric server and Fabric client.
