This is the "elmo strat", but done in such a way to optimize melee and tank uptime on boss.
Some minor boss positioning corrections. You can really take him pretty far north, even further for efficiency's sake.
What we did to optimize AST usage of macrocosmos is till deliberately stack the tankbusters. That way you can use more defensives for all other tank busters plus adds.
Another optimization is using Dark Missionary to cover an AOE and a tankbuster.
Also, make sure to cast your potion first before Living Dead....oops
