JavaScript Refreshing Surface Charts Real-Time Performance
This video shows how bad performance looks like in real-time data visualization of 3D surfaces. The data visualization application is a refreshing (60 Hz refresh rate) surface chart with 1000x1000 resolution (XZ).
The video shows several different JavaScript charts visualizing the same data with mostly similar style configurations. Bad performance can be easily identified by visual choppiness in the updating of data.
