Ableton Live - world speed record.
Hi, here is the world record attempt for using Ableton Live. You will need to play it frame - frame to see it. I think I did everything, in 36 seconds or something. You can use it in other apps besides Live.
The test consists of:
1. Open Browser in Session View. Focus in it. Open Browser in Arrange View, focus in that. Return to Session View. Close Browser in both views. End back up in Session View where you started. 10 actions.
2. Open Detail View In Session View, and then in Arrange View, return to Session View. Then close both, ending back in Session where you started. 8 actions
3. Same as 2 with Routing. 8 actions.
4. Same for Mixer. 8 actions.
5. Same for Sends, only Sends is just Session View only. 2 actions.
6. Same as 2. but for Returns. 8 actions.
7. Same for Overview. 8 actions.
8. Open Clip View and close it in both Session view and Arrange, ending up in Session View. This should be fairly random, no pre-planning. Obviously when you open Detail View you have a 50% chance unless you go via the menu. Approx 10 actions.
9. Open Track View in both and close as above. Approx 10 actions.
Total number of actions approx 72.
