In this video, I'm showing the simple CMD commands on how to check, create, and delete local users. How to check or add local users to the Administrators group and make them Local Admins.

CMD commands
Check all local user
net user
Check local admins
net localgroup Administrators
create a new local user
net user username password /add
make the local user a local admin
net localgroup Administrators username /add
Change the password of the local user
net user username password
