My mum mastering material and digital declutter! Her journey and photos!
Let me introduce one of the persons who has inspired me to do this channel: my mum. This woman did not have an easy life and, therefore, was not in a great mental stage… for far too long. So, I pushed her and coached her daily to follow the plan, which I share with you now. I believe that pushing someone is not necessarily the right way, because intrinsic motivation is key to sustainability, especially when it comes to daily actions and routines. But I also believed that I had the duty to help my mum to live the best life possible. So, I guess, we sometimes have to decide which way we go and take over the responsibility which comes along with this. Fortunately, this was one of the best decisions I ever made. But let’s see what my mum has to say to that. This video is dedicated to her. It’s her journey, her memories and her success so far.
