Wilderness Daughter-in-law's recipe for chokecherry syrup:
4 cups of chokecherry juice
3 cups of sugar
1 1/2 cups of water
1 1/2 Tbsp of pectin
Bring to a hard boil
Simmer for 20 minutes
Let cool and serve!
