This video was meant to be a more in depth review of the FRT given the recent headlines in the FRT lawsuit. Obviously what you see in the video was not planned and threw off the topic of the video. I still wanted to share the video, even if it got a little bit off topic. Based on everything I know I would put my money on the Frontier ammo being the culprit in this case and that specific casing being out of spec. I do not believe it was DD nor the FRT that caused the issue. The gun was also cleaned and heavily lubricated prior to shooting. I have had this upper for almost 4 years now and shot thousands of rounds through it with no malfunctions to include the gun always going into battery. I do typically run M855 through my ARs but had some of this ammo left around so I figured it would be best used for mag dumping.
