Johan-Sebastian Christiansen, with a FIDE rating 2661, could not hold this queen endgame. This shows the complexity of that endgame. In this video I'm showing what chances he missed, and how the game concluded.
Weaker side in a queen ending is striving to deliver a perpetual check. Usually a way to that is to give checks which stronger side cannot cover with either a pawn or a queen. Counter-checks are also very big part of queen endgame, and a weaker side has to be careful about that as well.
