This is part 1 of a 3 part visual diary from a trip that I took to the South Pacific with Bryan Stefancyc of War Historian Battlefield Expeditions.
There is a lot to cover in 3 parts. From visiting the John Basilone Medal of Honor location on Guadalcanal with Dave Holland to relic hunting and visiting sites all around New Georgia (Enogai, Kennedy Island, etc.).
This was an ambitious and pretty damn unforgettable experience for me, many many thanks to Bryan for arranging this experience.
