Raid on Ravenholm | Half Life
I did this thing where I made two synthetic basses play the same thing but phase in and out differently so it has that cool raw imperfect warb sound to it. I decided to make it so the fuzzy higher pitched sounds reflect ravenholm with the eerie sounds reflecting such moods, and the deep stronger buzzes to reflect the militaristic iron fist that the combine gives off. the drums reflecting the tone of the two clashmemts, but the more I talk about this the more it feels like I'm a schitzo talking about this so just like enjoy it idfk
