2) Competitors should understand the operational principles of tools.
3) Competitors should understand how to use the tools properly.
⛑ Precautions
1) When using the tools, competitors make sure not to apply excessive force to the tools to prevent some damage.
2) Competitors should use the tools according to the manufacturer’s manual.
3) Tools should be kept and managed according to the proper management methods for each tool after using them.
