Sparkling Swirls Design Step-by-Step:
1.Apply one coat of Retreat Yourself. Cure.
2.Create a wave pattern on the nail using Bing Cherries.
3.Apply a second coat of Bing Cherries. Cure.
4.Use a striper brush and Sparkling Embers to paint accent lines. Cure and finish with Top Coat.
