On the printer’s display press and hold the color icon for about five seconds.
Release the icon.
On the printer's display press “Drum”.
Select the colour for the drum unit you need to reset.
Press “Yes”. The drum counter is reset.

Hold down "OK" as you press "Arrow Up".
Press OK to select "DRUM"
Press "ARROW UP" or "ARROW DOWN" to display the colour for the drum unit you want to reset.
