Peace and goodness to all. I know you've been waiting for my samsa 😊 I finally put together the recipe! Girls, I've been making it this way for a long time; it's my tried-and-true recipe. The dough is so crumbly and the filling is so juicy! Save it quickly 🥰
Ingredients:
• Minced meat - 500g,
• Onion - 500g,
• Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp,
• Salt, pepper, paprika (to taste)
For the dough:
• Flour - 400g,
• Yeast - 1 tsp,
• Warm water - 280ml,
• Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
• Salt - 1 tsp
Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes, but feel free to adjust according to your oven.
