**NOTE: Make sure to uncheck Bing toolbar from being installed while running the .exe **
I have been contacted by multiple users regarding error "Failed to load D3DCompiler_42.dll" when they attempt to launch an ISO from within Dolphin so I thought I'd make a video on how to resolve/fix the problem. You DO NOT have to download any individual .DLL files from the internet to resolve this issue! The steps in this video are the same ones I provided to multiple users and they have all confirmed with me that it corrected their problem. All you have to do is visit the link below (which is an OFFICIAL Microsoft website) and save/run/install the .exe that appears. Once installed your error message should be gone!
