Move the Windows 11 Taskbar to the Top of the Screen

This apparently doesn't work on build 22H2 (for now) so maybe it will work again in the future.

You may have noticed that you cannot drag the Windows 11 taskbar to the left, right or top of the screen like you could do in Windows 10. In fact, there isn't even an option to lock or unlock the taskbar!
If you do need to move the taskbar to the top of the screen, there here is how you do it.
Here are the steps from the video.
Open Regedit
Navigate to
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\StuckRects3
Double click on the Settings DWORD value
Find the 00000008 row and FE column
Change 03 to 01
Restart your computer or Windows Explorer
You can also change it to 02 to move it to the right or 00 to move it to the left.
