Blood Rush just got a CRAZY rework that makes it one of the best perks in DBD! Every time you are unhooked, you gain the ability to instantly recover from exhaustion after using an exhaustion perk, allowing for some disgusting combos, including the one I am showing you guys today! Blood Rush and Head On paired with Quick and Quiet and Decisive allows you to get TWO head on stuns in a row by using Blood Rush to recover from your exhaustion, along with Decisive to add another stun to the build!
