Workpiece deformation in a CNC milling vice / CNC operator errors / Part 1
With this video, we'll begin a short series about design errors in CNC parts.
Sometimes there are situations where you do EVERYTHING correctly, mill a circle, and end up with an oval (especially when milling mounting holes)!
Even on a small, fairly thick part, the deformation was 500 mm!
Of course, this may seem trivial to many, but simple vice pressure can cause the workpiece to warp, resulting in defective parts.
