I normally just run for fun, but I thought giving myself a sub-2-hour goal for the half-marathon would be fun. This month of training was a good test for my full marathon training in April, which I will be running with my sister. I learned to be more consistent, don't need to run 3 times a week, and definitely don't blindly follow a ChatGPT runner's scheme. Let me know if you have any tips 💖
