XYZ Placing Table
The X-Y-Z table is specially developed to help placing fine pitch chips on circuit boards. The chip to be placed is aligned with the pads accurately with fine x and y adjustments. Rotation is achieved by adjusting the left or right Y knobs. The placing process is viewed clearly over a color video camera or a microscope(SZM7045TR boom stand microscope). Placing the chip on the board by turning the z direction knob, and releasing it by turning off the vacuum. Video camera and boom stand sold seperatly.
PCB support frames can be used on top of the XYZ table for repair work
