This is a Theory TAS (aka Human TAS) which consists of a run done with savestates but using strategies, setups that are humanly possible that can be done on Real Time Attempts (RTA), basically as if a normal person had completed the star but without states showing that it is possible.
The red coins can be obtained with 100s in the same attempt without major complications.

this star requires: have unlocked vanish cap and metal cap.
Changes to the level after the run:
Impact: almost nothing
24:15 dead hangs have been a bit nerfed and with the 25:12 red coin area has walls around to prevent a fly guy strat that breaks the entire area.
Impact: nothing
11:45 red coin area no longer have green walls to avoid collision problems with vanish cap.
